Quick answer

There are 22 treasures. For the true ending, return 17 of them (all except the 4 gems and the Seed): 6 gold items into the golden chest, 4 relics onto their altars, 7 belongings to their owners. Then find the hidden room by the eel boss and type shutdown at the terminal.

The checklist

Regular ending (do this first)

Collect the 4 gems — where to find each gem.
Place them on the statues, then bake a Deep Dish Pizza (Cooking Table + Oven) and put it on the offering plate.
Push the offering plate forward while fighting 3 waves of skeletons. Players suggest eating a second pizza when the first skeleton gets up.
You get the Seed. Choose to leave the dungeon → credits → you return to your save.

True ending

6 gold treasures → the golden chest: Gold Coins, Gold Nugget, Gold Bracelet, Gold Amulet, Gold Statue, Gold Talisman.
4 relics → their altars: Crystal Egg, Lantern, Cuica (its altar is in the goblin caves), Silver Dagger.
7 belongings → back where they belong: Bird Statue (nest), Ceremonial Codex (star room pulpit), Diamond Ring (river skeleton’s finger), Medicine Bottle (the ghost — drink a Vision Elixir to see it), Ragdoll (child’s coffin in the Crypt), Ruby Necklace (statue below the start), Queen Crown (the Queen’s skeleton).
When everything is in place you’ll see the message “Unexpected behavior detected! Colliders may not work correctly.”
Go to the eel boss room — a hidden room opens on the right (bring a glowing mushroom for light).
Press the button on the left of the terminal, then type shutdown. The door opens → true ending.

FAQ

Is it 17 or 22 treasures?

Both are right. The catalogue has 22 treasures; the true ending asks you to return 17 of them — everything except the 4 gems and the Seed.

How do I see which treasures I'm missing?

Open the Catalogue (players report the T key on PC) — it shows which treasures you haven't found.

The golden chest was empty when I opened it — is that a bug?

No. Players report the developers confirmed it's meant to be empty: you fill it with the 6 gold treasures.

Do I lose my save after the regular ending?

No. After the credits you return to your save and can keep playing toward the true ending.
